For instance, our lawyers have argued cases before the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and well as before the U.S. Navy Marine Corps Court, the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals, and the U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals. The firm has also had its former clients prevail on appeal, in, for instance, U.S. v. Riesbeck (convictions set aside on account of panel stacking), U.S. v. Cooley (case reversed based upon egregious Article13, UCMJ, violations) , U.S. v. Odahprado (convictions reviewed based on lack of expert assistance), and U.S. v.
