The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the criminal defense arena is becoming stronger and ubiquitous each and every day. Whether one considers facial recognition technology, powerful law enforcement forensic tools created by “deep learning” algorithmic neural networks, or the use of learned language models (LLMs) to complete search warrants (irrespective of opaque “black boxes”) the world is undergoing fundamental changes. In order to combat these new rules of tech engagement, this firm offers special insights in this arena that all client deserve to have in their corner. For instance, I earned an LLM at Georgtown University Law Center (GULC) that addressed, in part computer law, and the AI field. I have also taught criminal courses on AI for NATO and at another European law school.
